When the app is installed from the Play Store for the first time after a new build is pushed, login fails. However, reinstalling the app allows successful login.
PFA,
Install the app from the Play Store after a new build is pushed live.
Attempt to log in with valid credentials.
Observe login failure.
Uninstall the app.
Reinstall the app from the Play Store.
Attempt login again with the same user.
Login is successful.

It's the cache issue with the testing device.

Issue Reopened:
I have reinstalled the app on my personal device from the Play Store, but I am still seeing the "Update App" popup. This seems incorrect, as I have the latest version installed.

On my device, I have the old version of the app. Although the new build is live, I have not received any update notification or information about the new version.

As we have made the changes in version 3.0.11 only , you will not receive alert in the current or old installed build
Once we upload versions higher than 3.0.11 than only you will receive the alert
You can verify this by downloading old UAT builds
