@smriti sharma Please try cancelling the PNR again and let me know if the issue still exists so i can assign it to the web team.

Working fine at our end, checked on staging , Hotel and Vehicle got dropped during trip booking, than canceled PNR,
It worked as expected(PNR got cancelled).
