Description
In case of a package booking, if the hotel and vehicle are dropped off, we are unable to cancel the PNR.
PFA,
Login with traveler.
Search package with multicity, any location and dates.
Select light , Hotel and vehicle.
Confirm Booking.
Now we are getting errors, and only the flight is getting booked.
Cancel the same PNR.

The same is happening on web too , getting error in the API response

Working fine at our end, checked on staging , Hotel and Vehicle got dropped during trip booking, than canceled PNR,
It worked as expected(PNR got cancelled).
