Description

The Hotel Loyalty Program appears to be automatically selected on the UI, but when we click on the dropdown, no loyalty program is actually selected.

Steps to Reproduce:

Add Hotel loyalty for 5 different hotels to the user's profile:

Log in to NexusKite with the same user.
Search for Hotel FLL with any dates in November.
Select Hotel .
Proceed to the PAX Info page.
Check the Hotel loyalty.
