Manager approval flow is not working on Mobile app.
PFA,
Login with Travel arranger.(Add manager on profile)
Do a GDS booking.
Now login with manager credentials and check the issue.

As per discussion with Anil sir, we need to change primary email of assigned manager , whenever we change emails

Please try with new users or change the email id on profile
