Kindly check, now we are not getting refundable an changeable info on emails.

The issue replicates on the web

Hello Abhisth, please check this issue. As I remember we implemented this on Sabre GDS

Please connect with Amadeus team for this .Not implemented for Amadeus .

The refundable and changeable information on the emails is implemented only for SABRE.
For Amadeus it is added in the scope sheet as an enahancement.
This should be fine for now and you may have the bug closed by the QA since this is already planned for kite web in the upcoming releases.
