When we enter a value in the ‘Within’ field on the Search form, book a flight, and then click ‘Add Hotel/Vehicle,’ the same value is pre‑filled on the Add Hotel/Vehicle form.

On search form Click on HOTEL TAB AND ADD Value within Search.
Now switch the TAB and Do a flight booking.
Click on ADD / Hotel vehicle.
Click on advance option.
