Login with Profile-traveler@farenexus.com/India@123.
Search YUL-LHR, Any dates with Premium economy cabin class.
Select NDC AC flight .
Confirm booking.
Now change flight , change only depart location and dates.
Again combine NDC AC itinerary , Confirm booking.
Now change depart location and Search.
Check the issue.
