Description

Confirmation: Currently, on the test server, we are excluding selected End date. Please confirm should include or exclude.

Example: 1. Ticket/Blackout End date in CMT rule 30-April-2018.
2. We select depart date 30-April-2018, In this case, rules not being implemented.

Confirmation point 2: Rules implemented If the trip return date is a blackout start date. Is this WAD or not?

All date range are inclusive i.e both start and end date should be considered for rules evaluation.
This was a bug and is now fixed and deployed
