The FFN (Frequent Flyer Number) is being prefilled on the UI even when no Frequent Flyer Program is selected.
PFA,
Login with any Amadeus user.
Search for FL–ORD, travel dates 14–20 Dec.
Select UA flight and check the issue on pax info page

Need updated frequent flyer data, as these codes don't exist in current list
